	2010 Penley Phoenix Cabernet Sauvignon 93 JH; 90 ST Great nose full of currant, dark earth, and some sort of brown spice all reflected on the palate as well. Medium-bodied and a touch of nice, grainy tannins. Flavors really blossom with food and a little air.
