Winemaker's Notes
"Plum, brambly berries, spices and an iris/violet note are apparent on the nose. Intense fruity flavors with velvety tannins. Excellent with roasted meats, duck, salad, pasta, pizza."

Technical Notes
"100% Malbec. 4 days maceration on skins in temperature controlled steel vats; 14 days fermentation with selected yeasts at 27 C. Aged in new and 1 year old French oak Barrels for 18 months. 14.5% alc."
