Packing a lovely punch at three years, this terrific tipple has long bright flavors of dark cherry and cassis with a slight peppery bit on the finish. Equally at home on your dinner party table or the spring's first barbecue, it would pair perfectly with a cassoulet, or with flatbreads topped with mushrooms, pancetta and parmesan.

"Fresh raspberry aromas, plum blossom, ripe fig nuances and cassis undertones with exceptional elegance and length. Recommended with Parma ham, fig and rocket salad with a raspberry reduction."

Technical Notes
"55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 8% Shiraz, 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Pinotage. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. Malolactic fermentation occurred in French oak barrels. Matured for 18 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. The wine has an aging potential of at least six years from vintage. 13% alc."
