Winemaker's Notes
"The use of only the free run juice at crushing has resulted in this wine being very intensely flavoured and aromatic. The wine has very lifted varietal Riesling character with floral and citrus aromatics of lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with moderate viscosity and brisk acid finish. Use as an aperitif or with any seafood. Riesling wines from The Clare Valley are most enjoyable when young and zesty, or left to mature beyond five years of age. 11.5% alc."

2012 Tim Adams Shiraz
Intense yet elegant, especially after a bit of air, the long, dark and juicy fruit flavors are kissed lightly by licorice and oak. Clearly has the balance and oomph for cellaring. Pairs well with the usual culprits - lamb, duck and dishes with exotic spices - and also with pepper steak, roasted turkey with cranberry, or your favorite chair and a good mystery.

95 JH Hints of Riesling petrol on the nose and really fresh, clean aromas of citrus and wet stones as well. These follow in the palate and long finish together with zippy acidity, lemon, lime, and fine minerality. Delightful quaff.
