"Light goldish green. Very youthful lime/ lemon aromas and some subdued oak. Pleasing ripe melon/ tropical fruit flavours, restrained mineral edge with excellent length and elegance."

"100% Barrel fermented, using 50% new and the balance in one-year old French oak. (500 litre Barrels). 9 Months in the same barrels in which the wine fermented. 100% Lees stirring (Batonage), every week. Residual Sugar 1.5 g/litre; Total Acid 6.3 g/litre; pH 3.3 13% alc."
