"Spicy profile with ripe black fruit and cherries. Hints of violet flavours from the Viognier. Smooth and rich on the palate with soft tannins and good density."
Technical Notes
"65% Syrah, 32% Mourvedre, 3% Viognier. Both the Syrah and the Mourvedre component come from a Malmesbury vineyard with the Viognier sourced on Boekenhoutskloof. The reds were fermented using selected Rhone strain yeasts. French oak matured with Viognier blended prior to bottling. Egg white fined. 14.5% alc."
