"Cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation is the DP style, oriented to preserve primary fruit aromas and a natural clean fruit expression. Fermented by native yeasts at low temperatures and aged in 100% new French Taransaud oak for 24 months. Neither fined nor filtered. pH 3.6, Sugar 2 g/l, Acidity: 6.15 g/l (tartaric). 14% alc."
