Wine Advocate
"89 pts ... The 2007 Tilly’s Vineyard is composed of 58% Semillon, 23% Sauvignon Blanc, and 19% Chardonnay aged for eight months in seasoned oak. Light straw-colored, it offers up a fragrant nose of citrus and melon leading to a medium-bodied wine with complex flavors, good acidity, and a lengthy finish. In style, it could easily pass for a quality Pessac-Leognan from Bordeaux." --2/09

"88 pts ... a blend of semillon, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay from Barossa and the Adelaide Hills) Light, bright gold. Yellow plum, pear and wet stones on the nose, with a subtle floral quality adding complexity. Dry and focused, offering firm lime and dried orchard fruit flavors, along with anise and a bitter quinine note. Leaves nervy mineral and citrus qualities behind a moderately long, brisk finish." -09/08
Winemaker's Notes
"Vibrant pale straw in colour. Sweet floral green grassy/meadow notes with delicate lifted aromas of clover blossom, lemon curd and gooseberry. The sweet fruit palate is well balanced, soft and juicy with good length and a crisp finish. Great vintage. Drink now through 2011."

Minimal oak (10%, mostly chardonnay, some semillon) aged on lees for 9 months in new and older French barriques. Remainder kept in tank to preserve fruit characters and blended prior to bottling.
