"90 pts ... Light straw. Nectarine, orange, peach and candied ginger aromas are less exotic and floral, and more mineral, than most moscatos. Smooth and lightly spicy, with a gentle sweetness and good clarity to the ginger, pear and tangerine flavors. Finishes with a lingering hint of sweet melon. " --
Winemaker's Notes
"A zesty bouquet of fresh grapefruits, watermelon, banana peel, straw, limes, sherbet and fresh flowers. A lovely coating sweet entry that is underpinned by bright acidity and support by a very fine bead. A very good vintage for the Two Hands Moscato. Serve chilled. An extremely versatile wine that is ideal as an aperitif, or the perfect palate cleanser with fresh fruits and/or lighter desserts. Works well with tangy, salty cheese such as feta or a young goats cheese."

Technical Notes
"Made from 100% White Frontignac (Muscat) from 80 to 100 year old vines grown in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, it is always the first variety to be picked and the first wine to be bottled from a vintage. The essence of the Moscato style is in maintaining freshness, it is pressed, fermented, filtered, and bottled in quick succession. Acid 7.22; p.H. 3.04"
