Winemaker's Notes
"Bright golden straw with green hues.Vibrant and lifted nose with white flowers, vanilla bean, fresh lime and apple notes. Deliciously round and poised, slippery and sexy, like a mouthful of fresh vanilla panna cotta smothered in lime syrup. The natural sweetness is carried by a firm, direct line of acidity providing focus with a non-cloying, clean sorbet like finish and a lasting impression of citrus fruit flavors."

Technical Notes
"Acidity 7.7 g/L; 11.5% alc."
James Halliday
"91 pts ...Bright, pale straw-green; a touch of grass on the bouquet quickly gives way to an almost fleshy lime juice palate, dropping the pace slightly on the finish; could easily fill in the gaps in the future. Drink through 2018."

Wine Spectator
"92 pts ...Light and jazzy, brimming with pineapple, lime and floral flavors that persist on the focused finish."

From the highly regarded '12 Clare Valley vintage, right now, this wine is truly yummy. Flavorful, dry and zippy. You can just taste the future and it will be even more scrumptious. So well balanced and just the right amount of fruit - we taste white stonefruit.

90 WA How delicious and wonderfully bracing with hints of lime and terrific minerality. Works really well with fish tacos, scallops marinated in rosemary, lime and orange juice, soy and crushed garlic, and sunset on the deck.
