"90 pts ... Highly nuanced nose combines citrus peel, pineapple, licorice and caraway seed. Silky on entry, then rich, sweet and complex, with excellent chewy density of texture and plenty of fat fruit. Finishes broad and impressively long.

Winemaker's Notes
"Bright colour, clear, straw yellow. My goodness, this is stunning. The nose is pungent and lifted displaying currant, lime zest and a touch of musky characters. It's succulent and rounded on the palate with refreshing acidity and a delicious finish. It's almost explosive on the palate with loads of mouth-pleasing flavours."

Technical Notes
"In our Martinborough vineyards we train the vines to achieve a low canopy density and well-exposed fruit. This combined with judicious leaf plucking produces the distinctive fruit flavours in the wine. When the grapes are judged to be at their optimum maturity they are harvested and processed to retain the inherent fruitiness of this varietal. 13.5% alc."
