Winemaker's Notes
"Packed with Shiraz and Grenache and -- unique in its own way -- it includes a tiny proportion of Touriga Nacional in the mix, giving it a floral and spice finish. Will suit meaty dishes such as sticky BBQ pork spare ribs, roast duck or pork and grilled lamb kebabs. A great match as well with corn fritters, warming casseroles and beef goulash. Try this approachable red blend with Thai beef mussaman curry or a Tandoori chicken."

Technical Notes
"Our aim is to highlight the fresh berry, floral, spicy, earthy aromas contributed by the Grenache and Touriga, and use the richness and pepper spice of the Shiraz to build up a palate weight and structure. The wine is blended and bottled in the same year as vintage and is primarily a fruit-driven style, consequently it has not been aged in oak barrels. 14.5% alc."
