Winemaker's Notes
"Our 2013 Pinot Noir has plum, cherry, and cedar aromas. The palate has a sweet fruit entry with subtle spiciness and soft, gentle tannins."
Wine Spectator
"90 pts ... The tangy cherry flavors are bold, ripe and juicy, with cola, black pepper and fresh loam notes. Sleek, balanced and elegant, with a mix of baking spices and cigar box aromatics chiming in on the finish. Drink now through 2022."

2013 Mt. Difficulty Roaring Meg Pinot Noir
This vintage is all about balance. Dried red cherry and some spice with a nice acid balance make the wine very food friendly. Would you believe pork souvlaki? We wouldn't either if we hadn't tried it ourselves.

2009 Lawson's Dry Hills Pinot Noir
A little smokiness which we find typical of many Marlborough Pinots, lots of bright black cherry and cinnamon perhaps as well on the palate. Flavors are definitely enhanced with foods including spicy lamb sausage, smoked fish, or herb roasted chicken.
