This trio of Cabernets is exceedingly delicious in no small part because of the winemaking skills of Paul Hobbs, founder and chief winemaker at Vina Cobos (Bramare and Felino) and consulting winemaker for Riglos. The yummy, full-bodied Felino is assistd by 4% each Merlot and Cab Franc and is a super value. The Bramare and the Riglos are a bit more deft and savory. The Bramare shows darker fruits while the Riglos has red fruits and hints of chocolate and pepper.

"Deep black garnet in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon meets the nose with aromas of blackcurrant and hints of cedar, dried herbs, Serrano ham and tobacco. The assertive entry displays blackberries and plums with undertones of cola and black tea. Firmly structured and velvety through the mid-palate, it finishes with gripping tannins that suggest a wine of great ageability."
