" Beautifully aromatic, this wine is lifted, bright and alluring. Emanating from the glass is fresh fruit cake, musk, anise, blueberry, all-spice, rose florals, milk chocolate and a hint of cinnamon spice. The fleshy palate is full-bodied and extremely mouth-filling. Rich red and blue fruits are intense and forthcoming."
"Textured and lithe, coated by lacy tannins with a core of cassis, licorice and plum fruit mixed with earth, graphite and a mineral tail. It's well weighted, fresh and balanced."
"Fresh bright red with brilliant pale hue. Classic aromas of bright cherry and strawberry, with fine sweet spice and toast. Palate shows juicy red fruits from nose, all spice and light savoury tones."
59% Grenache, 22% Shiraz, 19% Mataro. Its fragrance, intensity and energy are all reminiscent of freshly fermenting must, with ripe juicy flavours of blackberry, spiced cherries, minerals and Asian spices wrapped around a skeleton of fresh acidity and fine mineral laden tannins. "
This is the full bodied, flavour packed Shiraz which made Barossa famous. Named after Senior Winemaker Stuart Blackwell, it's full of dark fruits with brooding intensity."
"Amber gold in color with copper hues, the nose offers fresh raisins, sultanas, lifted spirit and cinnamon oak spices. The palate is rich and silky, its sweet dried fruits balanced by aged oak tannins and bright acidity, providing a clean, rather than cloying, finish."
Sweet fruit flavors with great lime juice acidity. This is an outstanding young Hunter valley Semillon and great drinking now or this will age gracefully if a more mature style is desired."
The wine has very lifted varietal Riesling character with floral and citrus aromatics of lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with moderate viscosity and brisk acid finish. Use as an aperitif or with any seafood."
"Lemon, quince and nectarine fruits integrate beautifully with winemaking derived aromas to impart a creamy, vanilla custard note with a dash of almond meal.."
Aromas of cherry and plum with dark chocolate, earth and herbaceous notes. Warm, rich and complex palate layered with black cherry with savoury nuances and smooth velvety tannins."
"Tahbilk has the longest history of continuously growing marsanne in Australia, and not so long ago of having the largest single-vineyard plantings in the world. Bright and intense with lifted floral, citrus & tropical fruits. A minerally edge and delightful acidity finish it all off and provide support for its long life ahead."
Using a secret liqueuring recipe this richly flavoured, deep coloured sparkling Shiraz displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate."
