"A rich palate with passionfruit and blackcurrant flavours and a salty minerality. This wine has a silky luscious texture with a long finish.""
"This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and also some barrel aging. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish."

"Stone fruit and citrus characters dominate in this release, with lovely tropical nuances of guava and papaya also vying for attention. A hint of fennel bulb and a twist of mint join the party, while the flinty minerality steers the fine, dry finish to a long and satisfying conclusion."

"The 2011 Pinot Noir is an elegant wine showing aromas of dark cherry, florals and spice. Ripe berry fruit and wild herb characters combine on the palate with fine tannins giving wonderful complexity and length."

"The grapes for this wine were hand picked and small batch fermented before maturation in new and seasoned French oak barriques. Red berry, black cherry and sweet spicy oak aromas provide a complex and alluring nose. Plum, cherry and coffee characters lead to a soft opulent palate, with velvety tannins and a long generous finish."

"31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 16% Malbec. Plum and blackberry are supported by clove and spicy notes with a rich earthiness. Game and leathery characters add complexity. The ripe fruit, sweet oak and firm tannins create a robust, complex wine with excellent length. This wine will drink well from 2012-2019+."
