Shipping Rates

We ship via UPS and GSO (CA, AZ, NV). If you live in CA, AZ or NV and have a preference between GSO and UPS, simply state so in the gift message/instruction section during checkout and we will use your preferred carrier. If your state is not shown in the list, we cannot ship to you.

We pay special attention to each and every package. You will be provided with a box during checkout to enter a gift message, and you can also use this space to give us any special handling or shipping instructions.

Items and quantities listed as available for Same Day Shipping will be shipped the same day for all orders received prior to 2 pm P.S.T. (Sat., Sun. & holidays excluded), and the next business day otherwise. Other wines will be shipped upon receipt from the warehouse, generally within 1-3 business days, in some cases 5-7. Business addresses are preferable, as someone over 21 must be available to sign for the shipment; home delivery works just fine as long as an adult is present. UPS delivers Monday through Friday; GSO delivers Saturday to some areas.

We pay special attention to each and every package. We will be happy to hold your wine for shipment due to weather-related or any other issues. You tell us when you wish it sent. We will not, repeat not, send the wine until we hear from you.

Title passes to you as the buyer here in California, and we will ship the wine on your behalf to a destination of your choice, legalities permitting. We cannot ship to AR, KS, MA, MD, MS, NH, PA, TX, UT and some additional other states. If we cannot ship to your shipping state, we can ship to a local storage facility which then in many cases is able to ship your wine on to you. The closest facility to us is Safe Haven Wine Services.

If you provide your e-mail we will send you a tracking number when your package ships. We do not use your email for any other purpose.
