	2010 Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay 95+ WA; 97 JH This is quite simply a lovely Chardonnay with stone fruit flavors, hints of melon, roasted nuts, and toasty French oak, and a nice minerally finish. It has wonderfully balanced acidity as well and will pair with, well, you name it: herb marinated fish or fowl, lobster and crab, and cheese. 	2010 Catena Chardonnay 90 WA One of our go-to Chardonnays, and always a crowd pleaser on the tasting menu. We really learned to appreciate how a well made Chardonnay can age with the Catena. Vibrant, almost citrussy pineapple becomes honeyed, nutty, and mellow. Good acidity so the wine works well with all kinds of food. Try fish or shellfish sauteed in herb butter, for example.
