	2010 Seresin Estate Sauvignon Blanc Michael Seresin told us he really dislikes Sauvignon Blanc. If that is actually true, it must be a key to making terrific Sauvignon Blanc, or the reason there is always a bit of Semillon in the Seresin together with a partial barrel ferment. Either way, we find this wine almost honeyed; it is not sweet, but has sort of rounded, softer citrus flavors, good acidity, and a nice minerally finish. Plenty of body for food pairings. "95% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Semillon. This Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of grapefruit and lime underpinned by a chalky mineral complexity.
